Training Programme for Persons with Disabilities
Overview
We are the only Environmental Services Training Provider awarded by SG Enable to conduct cleaning course with 95% funding from SG Enable.
This initiative serves to provide training to prepare and enhance the employment opportunities of persons with disabilities (PWDs) in the Cleaning sector.
With 95% funding, Employer can save $88.16 and Trainee receives $100
Training Course
The course is designed to equip the trainees with the skills and knowledge to embark on a career as a cleaning worker.

SG Enable Funding and Costs
The Programme has its own funding model, to reduce the training costs and provide training incentives. To qualify for the ‘Course Fee Funding’, ‘Training Allowance Funding’, ‘Absentee Payroll Funding’ and ‘Training Commitment Award Funding’, the trainees have to achieve at least 75% attendance per programme and successful completion.

Course Outcome
Trainee will receive a Certificate of Completion by us (Adepco Consultants Pte Ltd), upon successful completion of the course and achieves a minimum 75% attendance.
Optional
To further improve their marketability to licensed cleaning companies, trainees may consider an optional SSG-funded course: Cleaning Of Hard Floor (AOP)-Level 1. This course is 1-hour assessment-only per trainee. Trainee may enrol at any time and we will schedule it later. Trainee will receive a Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) upon successful assessment and demonstration. Trainee will receive both Certificate of Completion by Adepco Consultants and WSQ SOA.
Employment Opportunity
These courses are in line with the Cleaning PWM. Trainee can embark on a career in the Cleaning industry. The courses are appropriate for General Cleaner / Indoor Cleaner / Outdoor Cleaner / Healthcare Cleaner / Restroom Cleaner / Table-Top Cleaner / Dishwasher / Refuse Collector.
Trainee’s Eligibility Criteria
The Programme serves Trainees who meet the following eligibility criteria:
(a) Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident, regardless of race, language or religion;
(b) aged 16 years old and above;
(c) is currently not pursuing full-time education or enrolled in any government or Special Education schools;
(d) has a permanent disability of any one of the following: Physical Disability, Sensory Disability, Developmental Disability and Intellectual Disability, or a combination of the above mentioned;
(e) assessed to have the potential and commitment to be placed into open, supported or customised employment in related job positions if put through the Programme;
(f) assessed to be resolved and committed to undergo and complete the Programme to the best of their abilities;
(g) approved by SG Enable for funding support before commencement of the Programme; and
(h) Trainees must commence training on or before 31st March 2025 to be eligible for funding.
All Trainees must be registered and interviewed or assessed by us to ascertain their suitability for the Programme.
Trainee should have mobility to be employed as a cleaner (e.g. deaf/ mute disability are welcomed)
